ਤੁਮ ਸਬ ਜਾਨਤ ਬਿਸ੍ਵ ਕਰ ਖੜਗ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੋਹਿ ਨਾਉ ॥
“O, the Creator of the world! You know that my name is Kharag Singh
ਹੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕਰਤਾ! ਤੂੰ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈਂ ਕਿ ਮੇਰਾ ਨਾਂ ਖੜਗ ਸਿੰਘ ਹੈ।
ਲਾਜ ਆਪਨੇ ਨਾਉ ਕੀ ਕਹੋ ਕਹਾ ਭਜਿ ਜਾਉ ॥੧੬੮੭॥
I have to justify my name, then you may tell, where should I run away?1687.
(ਮੈਨੂੰ) ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਲਾਜ ਹੈ; ਦਸ, ਕਿਥੇ ਭਜ ਕੇ ਜਾਵਾਂ ॥੧੬੮੭॥
