ਦੋਹਰਾ:
ਜਬ ਤਸਕਰ ਚੁੰਬਨ ਕਰਿਯੋ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਤਜੇ ਤਤਕਾਲ ॥
Immediately after taking the kiss, his soul departed for heavens.
ਜਦ ਚੋਰ ਨੇ ਚੁੰਬਣ ਲਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸੇ ਵੇਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਣ ਵੀ ਤਿਆਗ ਦਿੱਤੇ।
ਨਾਕ ਕਟਿਯੋ ਮੁਖ ਮੈ ਰਹਿਯੋ ਰਾਨੀ ਭਈ ਬਿਹਾਲ ॥੯॥
The cut (piece) of the (Rani’s) nose remained in his mouth, and the Rani became desperate.(9)
(ਰਾਣੀ ਦਾ) ਕਟਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਨਕ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਰਿਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਣੀ ਬੇਹਾਲ ਹੋ ਗਈ ॥੯॥
