ਦੋਹਰਾ ॥

ਦੋਹਰਾ:
ਰੁਚਿਰ ਰਮਨ ਤੁਮਰੈ ਰਚੀ ਔਰ ਸੁਹਾਤ ਨ ਮੋਹਿ ॥
(Her friends to Mirza) ‘She is engrossed in your love and none other could gratify.
(ਮੇਰਾ ਮਨ) ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਰੁਚੀ ਰਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਮੈਨੂੰ (ਰਤਾ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਵੀ) ਚੰਗਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਗਦਾ।
ਬ︀ਯਾਹਿ ਬਰਾਤੀ ਜਾਇ ਹੈ ਲਾਜ ਨ ਐਹੈ ਤੋਹਿ ॥੧੦॥
‘If the others took her away after marriage, won’t you be ashned of yourself?’(10)
ਜੇ ਬਰਾਤੀ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਵਿਆਹ ਕੇ ਲੈ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਲਾਜ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਗੇਗੀ ॥੧੦॥
