ANJAN STANZA
ਅਜੰਨ ਛੰਦ:
ਅਜੀਤੇ ਜੀਤ ਜੀਤ ਕੈ ॥
ਨ ਜਿਤੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਤ ਕੇ,
ਅਭੀਰੀ ਭਾਜੇ ਭੀਰ ਹ੍ਵੈ ॥
Conquering the invincible people and causing the warriors to run away like cowards and
ਨਿਡਰ ('ਅਭੀਰੀ') ਵੀ ਕਾਇਰ ('ਭੀਰ') ਹੋ ਕੇ ਭਜ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਸਿਧਾਰੇ ਚੀਨ ਰਾਜ ਪੈ ॥
ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਥੀ ਬਣ ਕੇ
ਸਥੋਈ ਸਰਬ ਸਾਥ ਕੈ ॥੫੨੫॥
taking all his allies with him, he reached the kingdom of China.525.
ਚੀਨ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਉਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ॥੫੨੫॥
ਤਮੰਕੇ ਰਾਜਧਾਰੀ ਕੈ ॥
ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ (ਕਲਕੀ) ਕ੍ਰੋਧਵਾਨ ਹਨ
ਰਜੀਲੇ ਰੋਹਵਾਰੀ ਕੈ ॥
The angry and furious tone of the Kalki incarnation, who assumed royalty, is very queer
ਅਤੇ ਕਠੋਰ ('ਰਜੀਲੇ') ਗੁੱਸੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ।
ਕਾਟੀਲੇ ਕਾਮ ਰੂਪਾ ਕੈ ॥
ਜਾਂ ਕਾਮਰੂਪ ਦੇ ਕਟਵੇਂ ਹੁਸਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ,
ਕੰਬੋਜੇ ਕਾਸਕਾਰੀ ਕੈ ॥੫੨੬॥
Before him, the beauty of the women of Kamroop with bewitching eyes and the charm of Kamboj country is devoid of radiance.526.
ਜਾਂ ਕਾਸਕਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਕੰਬੋਜ ਹਨ ॥੫੨੬॥
ਢਮੰਕੇ ਢੋਲ ਢਾਲੋ ਕੈ ॥
ਢਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੀ ਢੋਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਡੰਮ ਡੰਮ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ,
ਡਮੰਕੇ ਡੰਕ ਵਾਰੋ ਕੈ ॥
His drums, are his shields, his blows are severe,
ਜਾਂ ਢਾਲਾਂ ਉਤੇ (ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਦੇ) ਡਗੇ ਵਜ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਘਮੰਕੇ ਨੇਜ ਬਾਜਾ ਦੇ ॥
ਜਾਂ ਨੇਜ਼ੇਬਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਘੁੰਮਕਾਰ ਪੈ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਤਮੰਕੇ ਤੀਰ ਤਾਜਾ ਦੇ ॥੫੨੭॥
his musical instruments create loud sounds and his arrows raise anger and ire.527.
ਜਾਂ ਤੀਰਅੰਦਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਤੀਰ ਵਜ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ॥੫੨੭॥
