BRIDH NARAJ KAHATU MO STANZA
ਬ੍ਰਿਧ ਨਰਾਜ ਛੰਦ:
ਅਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਕਾਰਣੋ ਅਨਿਤ ਨਿਤ ਹੋਹਿਗੇ ॥
Forbidden works will always be performed
ਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਸਥਾਈ (ਕੰਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ) ਨਿੱਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਤਿਆਗਿ ਧਰਮਣੋ ਤ੍ਰੀਅੰ ਕੁਨਾਰਿ ਸਾਧ ਜੋਹਿਗੇ ॥
The saints abandoning the path of dharma, will look for the path of prostitutes
ਸਾਧ ਲੋਗ ਧਰਮ ਪਰਾਇਣ ਇਸਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਕੇ ਮਾੜੀਆਂ ਇਸਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਣਗੇ।
ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਚਿਤ੍ਰ ਚਿਤ੍ਰਤੰ ਬਚਿਤ੍ਰ ਮਿਤ੍ਰ ਧੋਹਿਗੇ ॥
The friendship of a queer type will wash and destroy the sanctity of friendship
ਪਵਿਤਰ ਚਿਤਰ ਵਾਂਗ ਬਣੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਿਤਰ ਅਜੀਬ ਧੋਖੇ ਦੇਣਗੇ।
ਅਮਿਤ੍ਰ ਮਿਤ੍ਰ ਭਾਵਣੋ ਸੁਮਿਤ੍ਰ ਅਮਿਤ੍ਰ ਹੋਹਿਗੇ ॥੨੬॥
The friends and enemies will go together for their self-interest.26.
ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਮਿਤਰ ਭਾਵ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਤਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੈਰ ਭਾਵ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ॥੨੬॥
ਕਲ੍ਰਯੰ ਕ੍ਰਿਤੰ ਕਰੰਮਣੋ ਅਭਛ ਭਛ ਜਾਹਿਗੇ ॥
ਕਲਿਯੁਗ ਵਿਚ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰਮ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਕਿ ਨਾ ਖਾਣ ਯੋਗ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਖਾਣ ਯੋਗ ਬਣ ਜਾਏਗਾ।
ਅਕਜ ਕਜਣੋ ਨਰੰ ਅਧਰਮ ਧਰਮ ਪਾਹਿਗੇ ॥
Amongst the works of the Iron Age will be the eating of the uneatables, the things worth concealing will come in the open and the dharma will be realise dform the paths of unrighteousness
ਅਕਜ ਵਸਤੂ ਪੁਰਸ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਜਣ ਬਣੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਮ ਵਜੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਏਗਾ।
ਸੁਧਰਮ ਧਰਮ ਧੋਹਿ ਹੈ ਧ੍ਰਿਤੰ ਧਰਾ ਧਰੇਸਣੰ ॥
The kings of the earth will do the work of destroying dharma
ਧਰਮ (ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਤੇ) ਧਰਮ ਨਾਲ ਧਰੋਹ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਰਾਜੇ ('ਧਰੇਸਣੰ') ਧਰਤੀ ਉਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
ਅਧਰਮ ਧਰਮਣੋ ਧ੍ਰਿਤੰ ਕੁਕਰਮ ਕਰਮਣੋ ਕ੍ਰਿਤੰ ॥੨੭॥
The life of adharma will be considered authentic and the bad actions will be considered worth doing.27.
(ਲੋਕੀਂ) ਅਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਮ ਵਜੋਂ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਕਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਕਰਮ ਜਾਣ ਕੇ ਕਰਨਗੇ ॥੨੭॥
ਕਿ ਉਲੰਘਿ ਧਰਮ ਕਰਮਣੋ ਅਧਰਮ ਧਰਮ ਬਿਆਪ ਹੈ ॥
The people will neglect religion and the bad religious path will prevail everywhere
ਧਰਮ-ਕਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਉਲੰਘ ਕੇ ਅਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਧਰਮ ਵਿਚ ਰੁਚੀ ਲੈਣਗੇ।
ਸੁ ਤਿਆਗਿ ਜਗਿ ਜਾਪਣੋ ਅਜੋਗ ਜਾਪ ਜਾਪ ਹੈ ॥
Forsaking the Yajnas and the repetition of the Name, people will repeat the worthless mantras
ਯੱਗ ਦੇ ਜਾਪ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਕੇ ਅਯੋਗ ਜਾਪ ਨੂੰ ਜਪਣਗੇ।
ਸੁ ਧਰਮ ਕਰਮਣੰ ਭਯੋ ਅਧਰਮ ਕਰਮ ਨਿਰਭ੍ਰਮੰ ॥
They will unhesitatingly consider the actions of adharma as dharma
ਚੰਗੇ ਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਕਰਮ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਅਧਰਮ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਮ-ਮੁਕਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
ਸੁ ਸਾਧ ਸੰਕ੍ਰਤੰ ਚਿਤੰ ਅਸਾਧ ਨਿਰਭਯੰ ਡੁਲੰ ॥੨੮॥
The saints will roam with dubious mind and the wicked people will move fearlessly.28.
ਸਾਧ ਲੋਗ ਚਿੱਤ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ੰਕਾਵਾਨ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਸਾਧ ਲੋਗ ਨਿਰਭੈ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਵਿਚਰਨਗੇ ॥੨੮॥
ਅਧਰਮ ਕਰਮਣੋ ਕ੍ਰਿਤੰ ਸੁ ਧਰਮ ਕਰਮਣੋ ਤਜੰ ॥
The people will perform the actions of adharma, abandoning the actions of dharma
ਅਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਕਰਮ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਮ ਕਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਛਡ ਦੇਣਗੇ।
ਪ੍ਰਹਰਖ ਬਰਖਣੰ ਧਨੰ ਨ ਕਰਖ ਸਰਬਤੋ ਨ੍ਰਿਪੰ ॥
The kings will forsake the weapons of bow and arrows
ਰਾਜੇ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਧਨ ਦੀ ਬਰਖਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਗੇ, ਪਰ (ਧਨ ਨੂੰ) ਪ੍ਰਜਾ ਤੋਂ ਖੋਹਿਆ ਜਾਂ ਖਿਚਿਆ (ਜ਼ਰੂਰ) ਜਾਏਗਾ।
ਅਕਜ ਕਜਣੋ ਕ੍ਰਿਤੰ ਨ੍ਰਿਲਜ ਸਰਬਤੋ ਫਿਰੰ ॥
Making the announcement of wicked action, the people .will roam unashamedly
ਨਾ ਲੁਕਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਰਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੁਕਾਉਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਨਿਰਲਜ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਫਿਰਨਗੇ।
ਅਨਰਥ ਬਰਤਿਤੰ ਭੂਅੰ ਨ ਅਰਥ ਕਥਤੰ ਨਰੰ ॥੨੯॥
There will be misconduct on the earth and the people will perform useless tasks.29.
ਧਰਤੀ ਉਤੇ ਅਨਰਥ ਵਾਪਰ ਜਾਏਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਕੰਮ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਗੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ॥੨੯॥
