ਚੌਪਈ:

ਭੇਦਿ ਨਾਰਿ ਸੌ ਸਭ ਤਿਨ ਕਹਿਯੋ ॥

That woman had already told the whole story to the Quazi’s wife and

(ਉਸ ਇਸਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਾਜ਼ੀ ਦੀ) ਇਸਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰਾ ਭੇਦ ਕਹਿ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

ਤਾ ਪਾਛੇ ਤਿਹ ਦ੍ਰੁਮ ਕੇ ਲਹਿਯੋ ॥

Had shown her the tree too.

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਦ ਉਸ ਬ੍ਰਿਛ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਖਾਇਆ।

ਤਿਨਹੂੰ ਅਪਨੋ ਮਿਤ੍ਰ ਬੁਲਾਇਯੋ ॥

Quazi’s wife also had called there, her lover and,

ਉਸ (ਇਸਤਰੀ) ਨੇ ਵੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਮਿਤਰ ਬੁਲਾ ਲਿਆ
