ਦੋਹਰਾ:
ਕਾਲਕੂਟ ਅਰੁ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮਾ ਸਿਵ ਕੇ ਦਏ ਬਨਾਇ ॥
(At the time ofthe distribution), The toxins and the Moon were given to Shiva,
(ਰਤਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੰਡ ਕਰਨ ਵੇਲੇ) ਕਾਲਕੂਟ (ਵਿਸ਼) ਅਤੇ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮਾ ਸ਼ਿਵ ਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ।
ਐਰਾਵਤਿ ਤਰੁ ਉਚਸ੍ਰਵਿ ਹਰਹਿ ਦਏ ਸੁਖ ਪਾਇ ॥੨੧॥
And Airawat elephants, imaginative-tree and legendry horse were given to Lord Indra for consolation.(21)
ਐਰਾਵਤ, ਕਲਪ ਬ੍ਰਿਛ, ਉੱਚਸ੍ਰਵ (ਘੋੜਾ) ਇੰਦਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਖ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ॥੨੧॥
ਕੌਸਤਕ ਮਨਿ ਅਰੁ ਲਛਿਮੀ ਆਪੁਨ ਲਈ ਮੰਗਾਇ ॥
Kaostic Mani (pearl out of sea), and the Lakhshmi (the woman), he (Shiva) took over for himself.
ਕੌਸਤੁਕ ਮਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਲੱਛਮੀ (ਵਿਸ਼ਣੂ) ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੋਲ ਮੰਗਾ ਲਏ।
ਦੇਵ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਅਸੁਰਨ ਸੁਰਾ ਬਾਟਤ ਪਏ ਬਨਾਇ ॥੨੨॥
The gods were bestowed with the nectar, and the wine was handed over to the devils.(22)
ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਦੈਂਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਵੰਡ ਦਿੱਤੀ ॥੨੨॥
