ਗਾਹਾ ਛੰਦੁ ਦੂਜਾ ॥
GAHA STANZA SECOND
ਗਾਹਾ ਛੰਦ ਦੂਜਾ:
ਕ੍ਰੀਅਤੰ ਪਾਪਣੋ ਕਰਮੰ ਨ ਅਧਰਮੰ ਭਰਮਣੰ ਤ੍ਰਸਤਾਇ ॥
ਪਾਪ ਕਰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਭਰਮਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਡਰਨਗੇ।
ਕੁਕਰਮ ਕਰਮਾਕ੍ਰਿਤੰ ਨ ਦੇਵ ਲੋਕੇਣ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤਹਿ ॥੬੪॥
The performance of wicked deeds will have no fear of adharma and illusions and such people will never be able to enter the abode of gods.64.
(ਪਰ) ਕੁਕਰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਦੇਵ ਲੋਕ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਣਗੇ ॥੬੪॥
ਰਤ੍ਰਯੰ ਅਨਰਥੰ ਨਿਤ੍ਰਯੰ ਸੁਅਰਥ ਅਰਥਿੰ ਨ ਬੁਝਿਯਮ ॥
The people engrossed in wrong notions will not be able to understand the reality
ਅਨਰਥ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਧਨ ਵਿਚ ਨਿੱਤ ਰੁਚਿਤ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਧਨ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ (ਵਾਸਨਾ) ਕਦੇ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
ਨ ਪ੍ਰਹਰਖ ਬਰਖਣੰ ਧਨਿਨੰ ਚਿਤੰ ਬਸੀਅ ਬਿਰਾਟਕੰ ॥੬੫॥
Their desires will not even be satisfied by the rain of wealth and they will still covet for more wealth.65.
ਧਨ ਦੀ ਬਰਖਾ ਹੋਣ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਚਿੱਤ ਵਿਚ ਸਦਾ ਮਾਯਾ ਦਾ ਮੋਹ ਵਸਿਆ ਰਹੇਗਾ ॥੬੫॥
ਮਾਤਵੰ ਮਦ੍ਰਯੰ ਕੁਨਾਰੰ ਅਨਰਤੰ ਧਰਮਣੋ ਤ੍ਰੀਆਇ ॥
The people being intoxicated will consider it legitimate to enjoy the wives of others
ਮਦ ਮਸਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ (ਲੋਕੀਂ) ਮਾੜੀਆਂ ਇਸਤਰੀਆਂ ਵਲ ਰੁਚਿਤ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਧਰਮ-ਇਸਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਦੇਣਗੇ।
ਕੁਕਰਮਣੋ ਕਥਤੰ ਬਦਿਤੰ ਲਜਿਣੋ ਤਜਤੰ ਨਰੰ ॥੬੬॥
Both utterance and dead will be filled with vices and there will be complete abandonement of shame.66.
(ਸਾਰੇ) ਲੋਗ ਲਾਜ ਦਾ ਤਿਆਗ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਥਨ ਅਤੇ ਬੋਲਣ ਵਿਚ ਕੁਕਰਮ ਕਰਨਗੇ ॥੬੬॥
ਸਜ੍ਰਯੰ ਕੁਤਿਸਿਤੰ ਕਰਮੰ ਭਜਿਤੰ ਤਜਤੰ ਨ ਲਜਾ ॥
People will bedeck themselves with wicked deeds and even forsake their shame, though exhibiting it
ਪਾਪ ਕਰਮਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਸਜਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਲਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਤਿਆਗਣਗੇ।
ਕੁਵਿਰਤੰ ਨਿਤਪ੍ਰਤਿ ਕ੍ਰਿਤਣੇ ਧਰਮ ਕਰਮੇਣ ਤਿਆਗਤੰ ॥੬੭॥
Their daily routine will be full of wicked inclinations and they will abandon righteousness.67.
ਧਰਮ ਕਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਛਡ ਕੇ ਨਿੱਤ ਮਾੜੇ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਰੋਜ਼ੀ ਕਮਾਣਗੇ ॥੬੭॥
